Automotive refinish 2K low VOC clear coat car repair paint high hardness and luster varnish
Characteristics:
high cost performance, good gloss, fullness and hardness. It is sprayed on 1K base color paint to provide protection, durability and brightness. It is suitable for automobile manufacturers, Repairers and handicrafts with high requirements.
Features: low energy consumption, self drying at room temperature or short drying at low temperature, fast surface drying, not easy to have dust spots, high brightness, good leveling, rapid polishing, excellent polishing, timely delivery.
Application:Anti-rust, anti-rust paint/ship/automotive paint metal paint/automotive curing agent/automotive varnish/paint/industrial paint/advertising marking paint
Recommended use:
Quick drying: the temperature is lower than 15 ℃, or touch up
Standard: air temperature 15-25 ℃ or large area spraying
Slow drying: the temperature is more than 25 ℃
Drying time:
15 degrees: surface dry for 35 minutes, dry for 160 minutes, polishing for 4 hours
25 degrees: surface dry for 13 minutes, dry for 80 minutes, polish for 25 hours
60 degrees: dry the watch for 4 minutes, dry it for 10 minutes, and polish it for 15 minutes

Construction technology
1. Surface treatmentWipe the dust spots and silver particleson the surface with a tack cloth
2. The mixing ratioVaarnish Hardener: hinner=2:1:0.3-0.5
3. ReconstructionIf there are seedy and sags after spraying, itcan be sanded by sand paper(1200#-2000#)and burnished after being fully cured
4. Spraying processSpray Layers: 2-3 layers, 40-60um totalthsicknessFlash Time: 5-10mins, 25" C(It needsstand after spraying.
Notes:
1.At temperature lower than 15°C, air -dry at ambient temperature is not recommended. Better to allow a full bake at 60°C.
2. At ambient temperature higher than 30°C, add appropriate Retarder Solvent into thinner to avoid blushing. For more details, please refer to technical data sheet of Retarder Solvent.
3. The products mixed with hardener should be used up soon and can not be restore for future use; clean equipments immediately with thinner after application, otherwise it is very difficult to be cleaned after dry.
4. Re-contruction: If there are seedy and sags after spraying, it can besanded by sand paper(1200#-2000#)and burnished after being fullycured
